The RGDWiki uses templates in articles to signal readers and writers about information, such as formatting issues, stub pages, and if the topic has a Wiibrew article. This help page will tell you how to use these templates.

Stub

To make a stub, type in

{{Stub}}

anywhere in the page.

it will then popup with this message:

If you want a stub for the whole article, put it at the very top of the article. If you want a stub for a section of an article, put it at the very top of that section, right below the header.

You should use the stub template if an article is unfinished and/or not at an acceptable quality.

Formatting Issue Box

To make a formatting issue box, type in

{{Formatting}}

anywhere in the page.

it will then popup with this message:

BroomIcon001.pngThis article needs better formatting. You can help the RGDWiki by editing this article.

If you want a formatting issue box for the whole article, put it at the very top of the article. If you want a formatting issue box for a section of an article, put it at the very top of that section, right below the header.

You should use the formatting issue box if an article is not formatted properly. (does not have headers, images, and other eyecandies.)

Wiibrew

To make a Wiibrew box link, you put in

{{Wiibrew|https://www.example.com}}

replacing https://www.example.com with the Wiibrew website link. You must have the full link, including the https://www. We also recommend you use https:// instead of http://, as https:// is more secure.

It will look like this after you put a link in it:

Wii.png This topic has a Wiibrew article. For more information, check the article.

It will look like this if you do not put a link in it:

Wii.png This topic has a Wiibrew article. For more information, check [{{{1}}} the article].
