The Arthur is a GameCube prototype evaluation board using a stock PowerPC 750. It was used by Nintendo for internal early development in between the creation of the Official Dolphin Emulator (the first GameCube platform) and the Minnow.
"Arthur" is the codename of the PowerPC 750 itself.
